Emily Grace Perry is an Australian songwriter, singer and dancer. Perry's single, "Boom" (2017), was named Billboard #1 Breakout,[3][4] and peaked on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart at #9 on November 11, 2017.[5][6] She performed at the Pre-Grammy Soirée in New York on January 27, 2018,[7][2] and "Boom" was considered for the 60th Grammy Awards.[6] Perry's following single, "Walk In Silence" (2018),[8][9] reached #13 in its seventh week on the chart.[10] "Summer On Lock", entered the chart for the week of July 21, 2018, at #48,[11] and peaked at #9 on September 8th.[12]

Background

Perry attended the Australian Performing Arts Grammar School and completed the 21 Unit,[13] Certificate IV In Performing Arts (Dance), from Australia's Brent Street Performing Arts in 2016.[14][3] She was a cast member of the 2013, Glee Live! In Concert! tour and a US television commercial preceded her first single, "Sugarcoated".[14] Her musical influences include P!nk and Lorde, and her philanthropic interests include: Art of Elysium, Butterfly Foundation and beyondblue.[1]
