AdShare is a monetization and audio-fingerprint monitoring service for entertainment industry rights-holders.[2] Daddy Yankee signed with AdShare in 2020,[3] and vocalist Jay Chou signed with Adshare in April 2016.[4]

AdShare engineers partnered with the University of Southern California, Media Communications Laboratory, to further develop Fast Audio Matching (FAM) technology in 2014.[5] The USC team included: Ph.D. students Harshad Kadu and Jian Li and the project was led by Professor C.C. Jay Kuo, Dean’s Professor of Electrical Engineering – Systems.[5][2] Funding was provided by GoDigital Media Group,[6]and under the branded name of HAWK, FAM has been integrated with the ContentBridge distribution management platform.[7]

  • Adshare acquired Primo Media in 2015.[8][1]
