Background

AdShare acquired Latin music specialty firm, Primo Media in July, 2015, and announced the creation of a new Latin multi-channel network (MCN), VidaPrimo.com. Featured VidaPrimo artists include: Daddy Yankee, Farruko, Arcangel, Tony Dize, Jowell y Randy and Justin Quiles.[2] Targeting the Latin Millennial music video market, the purchase price for Primo Media was $3.5M.[3][1]
